How does this work?

Step 1. Choose any of our vacations, package or rentals options that we offer from any of the "Choose Your..." option on your menu. From there, you can learn more infomation about each package along with their itineraries. NOTE: You can also learn of deals and discounts attached if permissible.
Step 2. Once you have chosen your vacation or trip package, fill out the Travel Request Form and select the journey you chose for your free quote, submitting the form when you are ready.
Step 3. Recieve your free quote via phone. You can schedule an over-the-phone free quote if you prefer at a time that works best for you.
What if I am interested in booking with Lion of Judah?
You have two options regarding deposits or payments: we can handle them on your behalf, or you can manage them yourself. If you decide to let Lion of Judah take care of the payment(s), we will email you our CRM authorization document for you to complete and send back to us for processing.
If you prefer to pay independently, we will provide a link via email to a document from the travel supplier with your trip details, allowing you to enter your payment information directly.
For **RIVER CRUISES ONLY**, Lion of Judah will need to arrange or process payment(s) on your behalf, as per our travel supplier's policy. However, the same process applies: you will receive a document to fill out for your payment(s) related to your trip.

Below is information regarding the payment process and knowledge for wanting book with us on all of our travel.
When you want to book a Holy Land Tour/Trip
- A registration link will be set up based on your free quote trip you have chosen from your Travel Request Form and then it will be sent to you to so you can set up an account and view your trip and all the details regarding your trip and make a payment or any payment through your account. If you prefer us to make the payment for you we can but please know you can gain access to make payments on your trip as well.
When you want to book any Rental Estates
- To secure your booking we require a minimum deposit of 30% of the total booking cost or such other amount as advised by the company. If you are booking within 70 days of departure, then full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellation: 71 days or more (10 weeks) Loss of deposit
- If you cancel 71 days or prior the deposit will be the cancellation fee
- Any cancellation during holiday is a total loss of deposit
- The final balance is due no later than 70 days before departure. If this is not paid in time, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you
- Should you wish to cancel and re-book an alternative date this will be subject to the cancellation terms within our vendor Terms and Conditions.
When you want to book any Great, Adventures, Explore & Discover, Around the World Journeys, Expedition, River Canal Barge Cruises, A&K Rail Journeys these are the terms and conditions.
- Potiental space for bookings will be on hold for 7 days until a deposit of 10% of the pricing package is made with final payment due 121 day prior to the departure of the journey. Lion of Judah can help make your payment on your behalf or you can make your own payment as we will send you a link to do so.
- After a deposit is made we recommend, with our help if you prefer, that you set up an account with our vendor to have access to all of your trips information.
When you want to book River Cruises
Deposit Requirement
$400 per person for Europe, Asia, and Colombia cruises
$1,200 per person for Egypt
$2,400 per person for Africa
Please note that a 50% non-refundable deposit applies immediately at the time of booking.
Payment Arrangements
It’s the policy of our vendor that payments are typically processed through Lion of Judah Travels
Confirmation & Documentation
Once payment is processed, we’ll send the booking confirmation and invoice via email, reflecting the deposit received and the remaining balance due. Final payment is due 90 days before embarkation.
When you want to book Rocky Mountaineer Rail Journeys:
- To secure your Rocky Mountaineer booking a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. Final payment is due 60 days prior to the start of their journey at which time the booking becomes 50% non-refundable, and 100% non-refundable within 45 days of travel. We can make payments on your behalf or you can make your own payment as we will send you a link in order to do so.
- Please note that date and name changes are considered cancellations.
- Once booking is made, we recommend, with our help if you prefer, to set up an account with Rocky Mountaineer in order to gain access into your trip where you will be able to view your trips information by logging in.
When you want to book Rental Escapes Staycations:
- For the booking process a 50% deposit is required up front and the remaining 50% is due 60 days before travel or 90 days for a holiday booking. When you have picked a home and is ready to book there is a 48 hour hold from the homeowner and then we’ll send you over a Rental agreement for you to review and sign. All payment details are on the contract.
When booking Safari Lodge Rentals
- 10% of the price for more than 121 days prior to departure
- 120-91 days prior or more to departure - 20% of price
- 90-61 days prior to departure - 50% of price
- 60 days prior to departure or less - 100% of price
Do I have to fill out a travel request form to get a free quote or book?

No. If you prefer not to fill out the online form on your own, feel free to get in touch with us directly, and we'll gladly assist you in obtaining a free quote and/or making a booking over the phone at 855-565-4410
Or you can schedule an over-the-phone appointiment on our "contact us" page at a time you prefer or email us.
What about planning fees?

Lion of Judah Travels charges no planning fees, we actually love doing what we do, it's really fun for us, so we don't charge for that. We only take comission on whatever you decide to book with us.
We do plan to set up "Lion of Judah Gives Back" with portions of our profit going to orphans and widows throughout the world to help bless others, so every vacation a client books gives back and bless those in need. As a Christian company we intend to showcase how your vacations/trips really reaches and help others around the world in the future to come.
If a client wants to still graceously contribute a planning fee for booking out of generousity they can and whatever they decide will be attributed to Lion of Judah Gives Back which you can if permissible during your booking or through CashApp or Chime, but please know a planning fee or deciding to graciously give one is not required or obligated to get a free quote or to book with us.
How long will it take to get my free quote?

We get to Travel Request Forms ASAP but you can also make an appointment online by going to our "Contact Us" page and schedule a free quote consultation with us at your preferred convenience as well.
What about travel insurance?
All of our services comes with optional travel insurance that you can add on to your trip for your own peace of mind if you like. Once a over-the-phone request or Travel Request Form is submitted with us with the person or group opting for travel insurance we will also include that in your free quote as well.
If interested in getting travel insurance we can make the payment on your behalf or you can make the payment on your own, with us sending you a link to do so.
What if something happens during my trip?
We suggest any minor or major changes, concerns, questions or problems unexpected or not, that you contact us immediately. Let us deal with it and take care of it for you since we booked your trip and can directly get in touch with the exact person to fix any problem you might have in order for us handle it as soon as possible.
We want every client to relax and enjoy their vacation or trip and leave everything else for us to deal with that comes up if it should.
